PRINTING

Poster prints take between 2-5 business days, excluding weekends, to print and ship.
PACKAGING

Posters are hand rolled in protective tissue paper, and then placed safely inside a reinforced mailing tube. Up to 4 posters per tube for smaller prints, and up to 3 posters per tube for large prints.

SHIPPING

Please allow 5-7 business days for standard US Shipping, between 10-30 business days for Canada, and approximately 21-30 days for worldwide shipping.
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the U.S. can take additional 7–12 business days.
You’ll receive a UPS tracking number as soon as your prints are in the mail so you can keep an eye on things.

GUARANTEE

If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know, within 7 days of artwork delivery, and we will replace the piece! If you happen to receive the wrong new artwork – we’ll replace that too.
Please note – orders that do not qualify for replacement include selecting the wrong item or size when ordering; the item meets our quality standards, but you no longer want it; or the order is lost in transit due to an incorrect shipping address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each piece of artwork is printed and made just for you in the size and style of your choice.  That means we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so your new artwork is printed-on-demand and made custom to order.
Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchange one piece of art for another.  There are a couple of scenarios in which an order may be reprinted or replaced though.  (see reprints & replacements)
You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of purchase.
