PERSONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing any Temple Travel Bureau products, you are agreeing to the following terms:
The Art is Licensed for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Can be used for:
– End products Not for sale.
– Personal social media accounts with non-commercial activities.
Can Not be used for:
– End products for sale.
– Business social media accounts.
– Physical or digital paid advertisements.
– Native apps, web apps, or games.
What is an End Product?
An end product is any physical product you create using the Art you purchased from Temple Travel Bureau.
What’s the difference between personal & commercial use?
Commercial Use is:
1. Any use that involves any exchange of money or other consideration.
2. Any use that promotes a business product, or service.
3. Any use where financial gain or other consideration is either sought or is a result, directly or indirectly, of Licensee’s use of the Art.
If one or more of the above is true, the use is “Commercial.”
Personal Use is:
Any use that is only for personal purposes.
DO’s
Use the Art, as is, for personal prints on any personal use products. E.g. Printing on posters, canvas, t-shirts, mugs, etc. that you will use, or (*) give as a gift to someone you personally know.
DO NOTs
– Falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the Art.
– Resell any modification of the Art.
– Resell or sub-license the Art in any way that is directly or in-directly competitive with the Temple Travel Bureau.
– Make the Art public or share the Art in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file.
– Use the Art in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material.
– Allow anyone other than the Licensee to customize a physical End Product for non-commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to, “print on demand” and “made to order”.
– Any other use that is not expressly permitted is strictly prohibited.
